Organization of next InnovIndia week

The location in India – where we will stay

Risk to be challenged – in a safe, but different way from traditional innovation programs! Change how you see, see how you change. A mindset shifting, social intrapreneurial experience for leaders within companies!
Learn 24/7 about shared values, sustainable development and (social) innovation. Listen and practice it – test what you can achieve. By joining this program you do already the first step: This developmental experience  is set up as a SOCIAL BUSINESS . The profit of InnovIndia is used to build school kitchens in the project area in South India (where we will stay) and to provide educational/professional courses for women and men in the rural areas.
We look forward to having you with us soon!

When: 02. Feb 2020 – 08. Feb 2020

Where: At the Karl Kübel facility in Coimbatore,  South India organised by Karl Kübel Stiftung. The location is safe. You will enjoy an entirely local and authentic cuisine. We will enjoy a guest house and corresponding facilities which we can call our own for the week.  However, we deliberately do NOT stay in 5 star luxury as the straightforward and basic nature of the accommodation is part of the experience.

Participants: Senior  and  leaders from international/national companies, max. 20 participants. Managers from Indian companies/Corporates are welcome, too (please ask for special offer).

Trainer: The development experience is content-wise organized and run by Manuela Pastore who is a highly experienced business manager with a deep knowledge of social entrepreneurship in business and Indian  expert. She has led several developmental experience/ leadership weeks focusing on social entrepreneurship in South India. In her function as Making More Health leading manager at Boehringer Ingelheim she has spent several months in India, visited many development projects and interacted with many NGOs. She collaborates closely with start-ups and business leaders of international companies and has set up social entrepreneurial projects in the health area, mainly in India and  Germany.  Besides her ongoing work in this global initiative, she has many years of practice  in  international digital business and communications and as key speaker on national and international conferences.   LinkedIn profile
